
The Charlemagne waterfall
The Charlemagne waterfall is located in the course of the Vologne river, about 500 or 600 metres upstream of the Retournemer lake, in the Xonrupt-Longemer commune.

The Champ de roches is a rocky chaos located in the Vosges in the territory of the municipality of Barbey-Seroux, near the pass of Arrentès between the valley of the Neuné and that of the Vologne. The rock mass consists mainly of granite and, to a lesser extent, sandstone and gneiss.
